What were you grateful for this week? I’m very greatful this week for the invention of umbrellas because it literally hasn’t stopped raining in 2 weeks and I’m not about to be stuck inside all week. 

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?
the hardest part of this week was getting myself to get up and go out because of the gloomy weather in rain. which I guess ties into why I’m greatful for my umbrella.

well my host family was in london all week so my wow moment is dedicated to the nanny. literally the smallest things, like I’d just clean up after myself literally, and she was so surprised and said no one else would do that. you could just tell she was really happy about that.

alright so as you know my host family was in london all week so I was home alone. I wish I had a long trip planed out but yeah I don’t really have an excuse for why not. 

 

I did get to spend halloween at the BIGGEST party I’ve literally ever been too. like ever. it was super fun. we dressed up as vampires. halloween is my favorite holiday ever so I mean I was pretty freaking excited to dress up and go out. the party ended at like 6 am and we didn’t go to bed until after 7 am so I mean I was feeling more like a zombie then a vampire at that point and probably looked more dead without the makeup then with. no complaints though it was seriously so so fun. 

 

besides that the rest of the week I slept and I kid you not for 20 hours 2 days in a row. I was so exhausted, partly because of parting all night and partly from the weather. anyway I’m rejuvenated now. the weekend, as always, we took a trip. just a little day trip to Florence. it was so beautiful, it’s honestly my favorite place in italy so far. I didn’t know how little it was. we literally saw everything there in like the first 2 or 3 hours. but there was no complaints when we made like 5 rounds around the city. it’s to beautiful to complain. besides all that nothing else went on. it was a good week.
