What were you grateful for this week?
Thunderstorms.

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?
Figuring out transportation for my weekend off.

Tell us about your week!
This week was pretty similar to the last one. We have settled into our weekday routine of breakfast, beach, lunch, playing games, more beach, and then dinner. I spend most of my day watching P run around the beach and swim in the pool with her friends.

This weekend a couple girls and I went to Pompeii and Positano. We stayed in a killer Airbnb and spent Saturday just wandering around Pompeii sightseeing. Sunday we took a couple busses to the Amalfi Coast. It was simultaneously the most frightening and most beautiful road I have ever been on. It’s a miracle our bus didn’t hit anyone or anything. Positano is where we decided to get off the bus and head down to the beach. It was beautiful! So many colorful buildings and winding pathways. The ocean was freezing cold but it was fun for the three of us to just float around and chat.
Getting home was a nightmare due to the fact that is was a Sunday night and everyone else was also trying to get home too. It took us almost twice as long as we had expected. So that was a drag, but other than the traffic, it was a wonderful weekend with great friends.
