What was the most challenging part of this week? 
I have been getting over the flu the past week, it’s been rough but I’m slowly getting better! 

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.
It’s a little weird being sick and having my host family on vacation, I’ve had to adapt a lot! 

Tell us about your week! 
With me being a little better I’ve been able to go out more and explore the city a little bit again. My cousins were also visiting this week so I was able to see them this weekend! We went on a food and wine tour of Prati, which has a lot of amazing restaurants. I loved being able to spend time with them while learning about the history behind Italians culture and traditions surrounding food. 

I’m also glad that there are pharmacies everywhere here and that their doctors speak english! I was able to get some flu medication quickly and hopefully I’ll be completely better soon. If anything, I would rather be sick in Rome than sick at home!
