What were you grateful for this week?Traveling new places.

What was the most challenging part of this week?Rain!

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.I could tell my host mom was having a really long hard day so I I offered to stay with the kid longer and watch him/play games so she could relax and not have to worry about picking him up from after school activities.

Tell us about your week! This week was so magical! Some friends and I travelled to Budapest — just for fun, because it was supposed to be warmer weather and we wanted to escape the rain! Not knowing what to expect at all it exceeded every expedition I had! The flight was very fast and when I arrived late at night the streets were just booming with young people and lots of lively action!

Then the whole next day we were so lucky because our Airbnb was conveniently close to everything we needed and wanted to see! There was so much to see and so much to do we spent everyday exploring and walking around never getting bored. My favorite part was the thermal pools/spa it is used by locals and people around the world because it has healing minerals in it and it’s just warm water to soak in with a beautiful surrounding and historical buildings! We ate a lot of good food drank a lot of cool drinks which is always fun to learn about a different countries specialties! We got to climb a tall cathedral to have a lookout over all of Budapest which was spectacular! And the last day we explored some museums with a Michelangelo exhibit, I’ve always wanted to see his work up close so for me that was just perfect timing and so surreal! We even met a celebrity who is one of my biggest crushes, Timothée Chalamet!

So Budapest will always be one of my favorite places ever I am so happy I got to have this experience with my amazing friends! And I’m happy to be back in Milan once again!
