What were you grateful for this week?The beach. 

What was the most challenging part of this week?Trying to get the kids to do their homework is always a struggle.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week. Something extra I did for my host family this week was take the older boys to a birthday party by taxi, it ended up being fun and it was cool to see how they throw parties differently.

Tell us about your week! This week flew by! I felt very productive this week because I started working out in the morning (all the pizza and pasta I eat is really starting to show). There is a really pretty park by the flat where tons of people come to run, walk dogs, and play with their kids on swing sets! It’s a nice change of scenery from the busy city. 

I am getting so excited for spring as the weather warms up and I start to see easter things in the stores. It’s also an excuse for me to do some shopping and buy some more shorts and t shirts 😉

My favorite part of the week was taking the older boys to a trampoline place for their friend’s birthday party. We took a taxi and I’ve never seen them more excited the whole time I’ve been with them. 

On the weekend me and some friends went to Rimini to see the beach and Bologna. Both cities were very fun to visit, and it’s always great to be reunited with the girls after a week full of being a mom ha. Even though the ocean was FREEZING cold, we all took our shoes off and walked around in it. We didn’t do a lot of crazy touristy stuff this weekend and it was so nice to really relax.
