What were you grateful for this week?once again i’m grateful for C. it gets hard being surrounded by so many people who don’t speak english. it’s nice to talk to someone you can actually have an entire conversation with.

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?easily the hardest part about this week was trying to take on 6 kids with C.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week. this week’s wow moment was definitely when C and I managed to keep the flat in one piece, clean, and have all the kids calm.

Tell us about your week! this week was super fun! every wednesday C and I meet up and usually go on a picnic. so that’s how the week started, besides that it was pretty basic until the weekend.

M3 came to Rome with her host family for the weekend and my host mom was nice enough once again to let C stay over, so the three of us met up and did some souvenir shopping. we explored more parts of rome we haven’t seen and went out for cocktails a few times, of course went to dinner.

we went to this one resturaunt at trevi that was really good but I ordered this pasta with shrimp and I was not expecting an entire shrimp with the legs, antenna, comepletly intact. it was freaky but the pasta alone was bomb.

besides that there’s this store called tiger that’s almost like the dollar store but wayyyy cooler. anyway casey and i went there and bought a ton of paints, watercolor, crayons and sketch books, we’ve decided that we will also paint every wednesday during our picnic. oh and we also got these cute ceramic pumpkins that we painted in the park for halloween since we can’t really carve pumpkins like we can at home. although we didn’t go anywhere significant, this weekend was still once of the best yet.
