What were you grateful for this week?My amazing friends!!

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?Having my flight cancelled.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.I wasn’t with my family this week.

Tell us about your week! This week I was travelling solo. I went to Interlaken Switzerland and absolutely fell in love with it. The mountains are stunning there. Everywhere you turn there is a breathtaking view of mountains and lakes. The water is a beautiful clear blue. Everything is so green there. I could not get over the beauty I was surrounded by.

I made some friends in the hostel I was staying in and we we spent a day out on a lake paddle boarding. We went to a cute cafe and bought some very overpriced wraps (every thing in Switzerland is crazy expensive.) We sat outside and ate and enjoyed a stunning view of the mountains.

One of my favorite parts was how many paragliders there were. I of course bought some Swiss chocolate and it was as amazing as everyone says it is. I had originally planned on going hiking but ended up just spending time with my friends and I have no regrets. I would love to pack up and live there.

I then made my way to Frankfurt Germany and I had one of the most delicious burgers of my life there. I went on a free walking tour around the city and got to learn about the city, its history, and about the buildings. I had troubles at the airport and my flight was cancelled and I ended up taking a bus back to Rome. I have some great friends in Rome that offered to take me in and let me stay with them. I spent my last few days enjoying Rome.
