Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.Watched the kids this Saturday night so that the parents could go see a movie. 

Tell us about your week!This week was good. As usual Monday-Thursday I took the kids to their activities. I was able to connect a lot better with G, the boy that I watch. And this past week things went a lot smoother with him. He’s had an issue with following and listening to what I say and most of the time it’s diffic for him to do what I tell him; but this week everything went very smoothly, and I’m very thankful for that.

On Friday I was able to walk around more of Trastevere, it’s been pretty good weather outside this week. On Saturday my host family was gone for most of the day but I was asked to watch the kids later that night so the parents could go out. I didn’t have any other plans so of course I said yes. I watched a movie with them and it was a really fun time. 

On Sunday I walked around Trastevere again a little more, the area I live in is so big and there is so much to see. I found an amazing Mexican street food place and it’s very close to my house! I’m so happy I found it because I’ve been craving tacos since the moment I got here! I’m really happy with the area that I’m able to live in, it’s constantly full of life and there is always something cool to see and discover!
