What were you grateful for this week?My mom!

What was the most difficult or challenging part of this week?Delayed flights.

Tell us about a “wow” moment you had this week.I created new and fun English worksheets for my kids!

Tell us about your week! This week was special because my host family went out of town, so I got 4 extra days to travel! What made it even more special, was that my mom met me in London! We traveled around London for 2.5 days, and Paris for 3 days. It was so fun and I’m so grateful that my mom was able to come and travel with me!

We took a big red bus tour in London which was a great way to see the whole city in a short amount of time. The weather was very cold, so the bus made it more enjoyable overall! We saw sooo many amazing things, saw the musical “kinky boots”, and ate the yummiest food!

My mom spoiled us and took us to a traditional afternoon tea and the Woolsy hotel. It was incredible and so posh! We then took a train to Paris where the weather was a little sunnier. This made it more enjoyable to walk around and navigate through the streets with ease!

The crepes in Paris were amazing…definitely my favorite part! The Effiel tower was incredible, and all the other monuments were breathtaking. The last day we were there, we waited in line for TWO HOURS to eat at this highly suggested brunch place called Hardware Societe. Even though it felt like the longest wait of my life…it was sooo worth it. I had the most amazing chai tea latte of my life and a gourmet plate of fried brioche with carmelized pears, dulce de leche panna cotta, and an orange/chocolate glaze. It was incredible! Such a fun experience, and I’m so happy I got to spend time with my mom!
